Milestones!

I'm so proud of my little girls. It's so neat to watch them each grow individually through different developmental stages.
Rylee is in first grade now. She is reading so well. Her teacher sends books home with her each night to practice and she loves to read. She just got 100% on her first spelling test! Yea Rylee!
Peyton just started her second year of preschool. She has been learning to write her letters and numbers and she writes her name really well now. She's a lefty so sometimes she writes the mirror image of her name. That's got to be so confusing to have your hand on top of what you just wrote. Who knows? Maybe she'll be our artsy one, isn't that what they say lefties are? No really, Peyton just cracks me up. The other night when Dane was tucking her into bed she asked, "Daddy, if any strangers or bad guys come in the house, will you beat them up before they get me?"
Aubree just laughed for the first time last night. We were getting her out of the suburban last night and Ry stuck her pointer finger in Aubree's hand to hold onto. She started swinging her hand around and Aubree was laughing so hard. There is nothing like the sound of baby laughter.
